  Hey bloggers, I am excited to tell you all this! I made a delicious, DELICIOUS banana milkshake! Yum! It was so delicious and tasty that I wanna make it again!!!! Grape and Banana Smoothie

  Hey guys, I made another smoothie!! This time I added grapes and it was delicious! It had a nice sweet taste and I like it. Upon tasting it, it had the little pieces of the grape skin that you have to chew each time you sip. It's really nice and I want to make it again. The delicious taste is a sweet combination of the yoghurt and the grapes. Recipe: 1 cup of seedless grapes. 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. 1 cup of plain yoghurt. A dash of cinammon. 1 banana. Raspberry and Banana Smoothie

Hey, try this one! I made a raspberry smoothie. The taste is quite nice actually. Like a watery taste- a bit like watermelon but not as sweet.  I would definitely have make it again. The beauty of this, is that you can play with the taste of this smoothie by adding honey or anything sweet- you can adjust it to your liking. Cinnamon makes it more spicy and I know this because I originally made it with cinammon, banana, plain yoghurt, frozen raspberries and unsweetened almond milk. I will definitely make more again but with plain yoghurt and add whatever leftover fruit we have and add a dash of cinammon. Avocado and Banana Smoothie-Oats, milk,cinnamon and Yoghurt

Hey guys, I did it! This is the first time; in a long time that I have had a smoothie. This time, it is a breakfast smoothie and I was dreading to use the avocado- because I hate the taste of avocados in a smoothie. But I had hope to try it because it involved bananas. And I love bananas in my smoothie. This is how it turned out. Ingredients: 1/2 Avocado. 1x banana. A few sprinkles of cinnamon. Poured in a bit of plain yoghurt 1/3 of semi-skimmed milk. Approx 1/3 of raw oats. I wasn't sure if I mixed it properly because it looked lumpy but it was fine. However, the smoothie tasted bitter, due to the taste of the avocado. I really thought the banana would have balanced it out with its sweetness but I was wrong.  It started off with me chewing some of the oats and then some more sips tasted overly sweet. But then the rest of it, tasted bitter. Even the after taste made me feel like I need another drink to wash down the bitter taste. But I suppose the healthy fats and the smoothie is

Oatmeal with-banana and strawberries

  Hey Goodmorning guys, Today I started off with a healthy breakfast. I decided I want to start experimenting with various recipes that include a banana. I originally thought of making a pancake, but with strawberries. But then I remembered that after my first attempt- I hated the taste of banana in pancakes. So I thought to try it with oats first to see if I like it. I proved myself right again! I disliked this recipe with bananas. I think I will stick to implementing sweetier tastes with oats. Cooked oats with diary (semi-skimmed) milk with cinnamon & 1x chopped up banana and 1x strawberry. I really hated the taste of the banana with the oats and milk on one spoonful. I just wanted the portion of banana to be over and done with. But because I cut 1 banana- there seemed to be too many slices in my bowl; which made it dreadful. I think in the future, I will stick to my decision of not mixing banana with milk/ any other breakfast recipes. However, on the other hand. This recipe gave

Boiled Egg with Lettuce and Brown Onions-Yum

  I do enjoy a healthy salad. But I wish I had chopped up loads more lettuce with this dish. I love the taste of boiled eggs. Also I want to start to get more experimental with the lettuce and onions- as I believe I can start to add more to it, to create a really good salad! Overall, I enjoyed this dish and I will totally make it again!

Boiled eggs with brocoli and tomatoes

 I love the taste of boiled eggs. I do remember how good it tastes with toast. 😋 Yum! Whilst cooking this dish- I thought it could be good to make it with chopped up carrots and kale crossed my mind too. This dish would be good as dinner also.
