Eggs and Red Pepper
It actually tasted alright! It was very filling and I believe it would be way better and healthier without the toast. It had different flavours and I was very nervous to try it at first!
Directions:
- I chopped up green and red peppers and brown onion into a oiled saucepan.
- I then added the 2x egg into the saucepan and stired it into scrambled egg.
- I then served this with toast.
